For over twenty years, Jared Totsch has contributed to early childhood education. He has served as an educator, mentor teacher, coach, administrator, and presenter. Currently, as a reliability specialist at a national early childhood organization, he supports a team of assessors who accredit nearly 6,000 schools across the country and internationally.

Jared is also the co-host of the Life and Leadership podcast with Zach and Jared, creating a monthly podcast and presenting leadership topics. Jared holds an associate's, a bachelor's, and a master’s degree in education. He has also pursued doctoral coursework in adult learning. In 2023, he completed the Early Education Leadership Certificate Program at the Harvard Graduate School of Education.

Jared resides in southern Indiana. He enjoys traveling and time with friends and family.

Zachary Goebel is the owner and CEO of Marshall Disposal, Inc, a waste hauler based in Poseyville, IN that has been serving the SW Indiana region for 26 years. Zach has lead Marshall Disposal since 2015 and has experienced tremendous growth by operating with core values such as: “Respect”, “Integrity”, and “Having a Heart to Serve”. With a family-style team, Marshall Disposal has experienced an incredible culture change over the last several years, being voted as one of the best places to work in Indiana 2 years in a row.

Zach is also the CEO and co-host of the Life and Leadership Podcast with Jared Totsch and Zach Goebel. This podcast focuses on organizational culture and leadership growth. Zach and Jared have presented in Evansville, Indianapolis, Lexington, Myrtle Beach, and Connecticut, and in February 2026 they hosted the first annual “Strengthen” Southern IN Leadership Conference in Evansville with over 60 local leaders in attendance. Zach is very passionate about leadership and company culture, and his desire is that all leaders and businesses can experience the joy and blessing that comes from an intentionally positive culture in the workplace.
